He recalls of a multiple number of occasions where he had been chased away by herds of elephants. Now, that may seem like a life changing moment for many where one may decide to call it a quit but not for Ramachandiran. For this bucket lister, such wild and nerve-wrecking experiences are a push to go on.

“Well, the sighting of the animals in their habitat itself gives me immense pleasure. Moreover the recognition of the images by friends and family gives me a big boost.”

Such a choice of passion, a bucket list has it’s own share of problems. Ramachandiran’s office schedule took up almost all the hours in the day. And his work, being the source that paid for wildlife photography expeditions, quitting it was not an option.

“Allocating time in the busy office schedule is little difficult.”

Through his bucket list Ramachandiran wants to carve a niche for himself and continue to explore, observe and capture wildlife in their natural habitat and live in action.

For aspiring photography bucket listers Ramachandiran has one advice, “Be focused on your style of photography and create your own space in the field.”

He has his bucket list filled with amazing ideas which he wishes to religiously accomplish. Ramachandiran wants to observe and capture the habitat of polar bears. Furthermore, Ramachandiran wants to encounter a territorial fight between tigers or leopards and get it all on camera.
