He is the Head Bangalore Center KPIT; engineer by profession and a Natural History Photographer by choice, he is also one of the founder members of Indian Wildlife Conservation trust (IWCT). Meet our bucket lister Praveen Siddannavar, with a fascination towards wild cats and an innate passion for wildlife conservation. His tool for the trade are his photography skills which he makes sure to hit the right chord. Praveen is an accomplished photographer & a good narrator with recognition at both National and International levels. In the year 2012 he won several awards, one of his images was adjudged as finalist for the most prestigious award co-owned by BBC WIldlife Magazine and the Natural History Museum, London, UK - The Veolia Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2012. He won the Winner title in Predators Contest organized by Saevus Wildlife India LLP. One of his Tiger images won the Viewers Pick award, during the NDTV’s “Save our Tigers” Campaign Tiger Contest. He is active in several wildlife conservation forums and is a member of World Wildlife Fund (WWF). His images have been published in leading wildlife magazines accompanied with his photologues.
